These terms apply when you browse this website or submit an enquiry. They do not form the contract for a website project. Any paid work will be covered by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out the exact scope, price, timetable and responsibilities.
Information and pricing
Website content is provided as general information. Package prices are starting points, not binding quotations. The final cost depends on the agreed scope, content, features and timetable. Brae Digital may update services, prices and website content at any time.
Submitting an enquiry
You must provide information that is accurate and lawful and must not use the form to send spam, malicious code, confidential third-party information without authority, or anything unlawful. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed with a project.
Intellectual property
The Brae Digital name, identity, website design, written content and original graphics belong to Brae Digital unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference, but you may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without permission.
Availability and external services
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Links or integrations provided by third parties remain under their own control and terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Brae Digital is not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on general website information, temporary unavailability, or events outside reasonable control.
